On Eco Mode (lower wattage) yes — the 50,000 rating is e-liquid-capacity-limited. Normal Mode expect ~40,000 real puffs. Boost Mode (higher wattage) expect ~30,000. The HD screen tracks the e-liquid bar separately from battery.
How long to charge?
~90 minutes from empty over USB-C at 5V / 1A. The 1,100 mAh battery is larger than TN9000 (600 mAh) and DC25000 (650 mAh), so charge time is correspondingly longer. Pass-through charging is on.
