The Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act requires all online vape retailers to verify buyer age and use carriers that comply with federal shipping rules for tobacco/nicotine products. Here is how we comply:

F.Order Tracking & Delivery Issues
- Tracking email — sent as soon as your package is handed to the carrier.
- First scan delay — tracking may show "label created" for up to 24 hours before the first movement scan appears. This is normal.
- No updates after 5 days? — contact the carrier with your tracking number, or reach out to our support team.
- Wrong address — double-check your shipping details before submitting. We cannot reship until the carrier returns the package to us, and reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Marked delivered but not received — check with neighbors and your local post office first. File a claim directly with the carrier.
- Damaged on arrival — photograph the damage, keep all packaging, and contact us within 48 hours.
G.Packaging & Authenticity
All orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging — no product names or logos visible on the shipping box. Inside, each RAZ device is factory-sealed with a scratch-off QR code on the packaging for authenticity verification. If the QR sticker is missing or pre-scratched, do not use the device — contact us immediately.
Replacement and warranty shipments are sent via UPS, USPS E-commerce, or DHL Priority Mail at no cost to the customer when the claim is approved. See our Support & Warranty page for full claim procedures.
H.International Shipping?
RAZ ships within the United States only. The Pomona, CA warehouse does not fulfill international orders — addresses outside the 50 US states + DC will be blocked at checkout. The decision is regulatory, not capacity: vape products fall under PACT Act rules in the US, and cross-border shipment of nicotine-containing devices triggers customs clearance and recipient-side regulations that vary by country and that RAZ does not currently support.
This applies to:
- Canada and Mexico — no shipment
- UK, EU member states — no shipment
- Asia-Pacific (including AU, NZ, JP, SG) — no shipment
- US territories (Puerto Rico, USVI, Guam) — currently no shipment due to carrier restrictions on tobacco products

I.Shipping FAQ
How fast does my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 pm PT (Mon–Fri) ship the same day from the Pomona, CA warehouse. Orders placed after 2 pm PT or on weekends/US holidays ship the next business day. Tracking number arrives by email within 4 hours of label creation.
How long does delivery take to my state?
Standard ground shipping (USPS Priority or UPS Ground): 1–2 days West Coast, 3–4 days Mountain/Central, 4–6 days East Coast. Expedited 2-day shipping is available at checkout for time-sensitive orders. Hawaii and Alaska orders go via USPS Priority and take 5–8 business days.
Do I need to sign for the package on delivery?
Yes — the PACT Act requires age-verified delivery for tobacco and nicotine products. The carrier will request an adult signature (21+) at the door. If no one is home, the carrier leaves a notice and re-attempts up to 2 more times before returning the package to the warehouse.
What if my package is lost in transit?
If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, email service@raz-vape.com with the order ID. We open a carrier trace; if the package is confirmed lost, RAZ ships a replacement at no cost and files the carrier claim on our end.
Are there states where shipping is restricted?
