RAZ Vape Age Verification (21+)
Every order on raz-vape.com is age-verified before it leaves the Pomona, California warehouse. You must be 21 or older, you upload a photo ID once, and nothing ships until that ID is approved.

Why the Age Is 21
Federal law (the Tobacco 21 law, in force since December 2019) sets 21 as the minimum age for buying any tobacco or nicotine product in the United States, and disposable vapes are covered. The PACT Act adds rules for online sellers, which is why the check happens before shipping rather than being left to the buyer to declare. We apply the same 21+ rule to the zero-nicotine devices in the RAZ 0% nicotine line.
How the Check Works, Step by Step
- Place the order. Checkout works as normal.
- Upload your ID. The order-confirmation page asks for a photo of a government-issued ID. If you close it, the same request arrives by email, with a reminder the next day.
- Review. A reviewer checks the ID; your order is held while this happens.
- Ship. Approved orders leave the warehouse within 1 business day (Monday–Friday), the same dispatch window as every other order. Details are in the shipping policy.
If an ID cannot be approved, the order is not shipped and our team contacts you at the order email. Questions go to customer support.

No. Once a customer has passed verification, later orders are not asked for ID again.
Which areas can RAZ not ship to?
Flavored-vape orders to New York, Massachusetts and Utah, plus some local restrictions, are blocked at checkout. We also do not ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses. State-by-state detail is in the RAZ state availability guide.
