50,000-Puff Disposable Vapes Compared — E-Liquid, Battery, Modes and Real Cost (2026)
01.What "50,000 Puffs" Actually Measures
A puff rating is produced on a machine that takes short, fixed-length draws at the device's lowest power setting until the e-liquid or the coil gives out. It is a ceiling, not a forecast. Three things pull a real-world count below it: a boost or high-power mode (the RAZ RX 50K is rated 50,000 (Normal), ~25,000 Boost · ~20,000 Super Boost), longer draws than the test rig takes, and coil wear late in the device's life that makes each puff weaker rather than stopping it outright.
So when two devices both say 50,000 on the box, the box tells you almost nothing about how they compare. The numbers that do are printed in smaller type: how much e-liquid is inside, how big the battery is, what the mode system does, and whether the device is a sealed one-piece or a base-and-pod system. The rest of this page is those four numbers.
02.2026 50K-Class Disposables Compared — E-Liquid, Battery, Modes, Format
Every device below carries a 50,000-puff rating or higher (60K and 70K class included where the maker positions them against 50K devices). Figures are the makers' published specifications as of September 2026; a cell reads "not published" where the maker gives no number. RAZ appears twice because it makes both formats.

03.E-Liquid Per 1,000 Puffs — The Number That Exposes an Optimistic Rating
Divide the e-liquid volume by the rating and you get how much liquid the maker is assuming each rated puff uses. A lower figure means the rating assumes lighter, shorter puffs; a higher figure means each rated puff is a fuller draw. Neither is wrong, but the figure tells you how far your own habit will land from the box number. On the RAZ line:
| RAZ device | E-liquid | Puff rating | mL per 1,000 rated puffs | Read as |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| RX 50K | 19 mL | 50000 | 0.38 mL | Light assumed puff — expect a gap to the box number on long draws |
| VUE 50K (per pod) | 13 mL | 50000 | 0.26 mL | Lightest assumed puff in the line — the pod rating assumes short draws in Normal mode |
| LTX 25K | 20 mL | 25000 | 0.80 mL | Fullest assumed puff among the big devices |
| RYL Classic 35K | 16.5 mL | 35000 | 0.47 mL | Middle of the line |
| TN9000 | 12 mL | 9000 | 1.33 mL | Most conservative rating in the line |
Apply the same division to any device in the table above. A 50K rating on 16 mL assumes roughly 0.32 mL per 1,000 puffs; a 50K rating on 28–30 mL assumes nearly twice that. If you draw long, the higher mL-per-1,000 device will get closer to its box number than the lower one, regardless of brand.
04.One-Piece vs Pod-Swap at 50K — and Cost Per Puff at Today's Prices
The 50K class is where the two disposable formats split most clearly. A one-piece 50K packs 15–30 mL and an 760–1,200 mAh cell into one sealed shell; when it is done, all of it is discarded. A pod-swap 50K keeps a rechargeable base and reaches 50,000 across several sealed pods. The RAZ RX 50K and VUE 50K are the two formats on the same rating, which makes the cost comparison clean (prices are the live store prices at build time):
| Purchase | Price | Rated puffs | Cost per 1,000 puffs | What you discard |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| RX 50K one-piece | $22.99 | 50000 (Normal) | $0.46 | Whole device incl. 800 mAh cell |
| VUE 50K kit (base + first pod) | $23.99 | up to 50000 | $0.48 | One pod; base kept |
| VUE replacement pod only (after the kit) | $16.99 | up to 50000 | $0.34 | One pod |
| Two LTX 25K one-pieces (50K total) | $45.98 | 50000 (Regular) | $0.92 | Two devices |
On price per puff a VUE replacement pod wins today once you own the base, with the RX 50K close behind. The VUE also brings flavor switching, one base to charge and less hardware in the bin per 50,000 puffs — the trade-offs are laid out in the guide to disposables with replaceable pods. Both RAZ 50K devices are 5% nicotine; there is no 0% 50K in the line, so 0% buyers go to the RAZ zero nicotine range on the 25K and 9K platforms.
05.Battery Size and Mode Systems — What They Change
Because a 50K device is recharged dozens of times over its life, battery capacity sets how often you charge, not how long the device lasts. An 800 mAh cell like the RX 50K's charges over a 5V/1A brick (RAZ does not publish a time) and the device vapes while plugged in; a smaller cell simply visits the cable more often. Faster bricks do not help — RAZ devices cap input at 1A, as the charging guide explains.
Mode systems matter more than capacity. A three-mode chipset (Normal · Boost · Super Boost on the RX 50K, rated 50,000 / ~25,000 / ~20,000) lets you spend battery and liquid faster for a warmer, denser hit, and the puff rating you get depends on which mode you live in. A two-mode device (Normal (12W) · Boost (24W) on the VUE) does the same with one fewer step. Single-mode devices at 50K are rare in 2026; where a maker lists no modes in the table above, assume one fixed power level.
06.How to Choose a 50,000-Puff Disposable
| If you… | Prioritise | RAZ pick |
|---|---|---|
| Draw long and want the box number to mean something | Higher mL per 1,000 puffs | RX 50K (0.38 mL) over VUE pods (0.26 mL) |
| Want the lowest cost per puff | Price ÷ rating, after any base | VUE pods once you own the base; RX 50K as a one-piece |
| Rotate two or three flavors | Pod-swap format | VUE 50K + pods |
| Hate charging | Larger mAh | VUE (900 mAh base + 420 mAh pod) over RX 50K (800 mAh) |
| Need 0% nicotine | Platform, not puff count | LTX 25K Zero — no 0% 50K exists in the line |
| Want the widest flavor menu | SKU count on the device | 20 on RX 50K · 20 pods on VUE · 54 on LTX 25K |
07.50K Disposable FAQ
Does a 50,000 puff vape really last 50,000 puffs?
The rating is the maker's count at the lowest-power mode using short machine puffs. In a boost mode the same device is rated closer to 25,000, and long draws lower it further. Treat 50,000 as the ceiling, not the average.
How much e-liquid is in a 50K disposable?
Most 2026 50K-class one-piece devices carry 15 to 30 mL. The RAZ RX 50K carries 19 mL; the pod-swap RAZ VUE 50K carries 13 mL per pod, each pod rated up to 50,000 puffs. Dividing mL by the rating tells you how light each rated puff is assumed to be.
Is a 50K pod-swap system better than a 50K one-piece?
Different, not better. A one-piece like the RX 50K is simpler; a pod-swap like the VUE 50K reuses one battery, lets you switch flavors, replaces only the pod and, once you own the base, has the lower cost per puff in the RAZ line. Pick by how you vape.
Is there a zero nicotine 50,000 puff RAZ?
No. RAZ 0% nicotine is built on the TN9000 (9,000 puffs) and LTX 25K (25,000 puffs) platforms. The RX 50K and VUE 50K are 5% nicotine only.
What battery size should a 50K disposable have?
A 50K device is charged many times over its life, so the cell size mostly sets how often you charge, not how long the device lasts. 2026 50K one-piece devices run roughly 800 to 1,200 mAh; the RAZ RX 50K is 800 mAh and charges over 5V/1A USB-C (RAZ does not publish a charge time).
