How to Swap Pods in 30 Seconds
Pulling a finished pod off and snapping a fresh one on is the entire workflow. The base stays, the pod swaps. If a new pod doesn't register, the magnetic contact pad needs a dry wipe — pocket lint is the #1 culprit.
Step 1 — Pull the Used Pod Off the Base
When the pod e-liquid bar empties on the base screen, pull straight up. The magnet releases.
Step 2 — Wipe the Magnetic Contact Pad Clean
Dry-wipe the contact pad on the base (and on the new pod). Lint or moisture causes intermittent contact.
Step 3 — Snap On the New Pre-Filled Pod
Pop the cap, align, press down. Magnet catches. Screen lights up with pod e-liquid bar.
Step 4 — First Draw Primes the Mesh Coil
One-second MTL. If e-liquid bar stays at 0, see RAZ vape not hitting.

No — passive cartridge, no battery. Needs the VUE 50K base. If you don't own one, buy the VUE 50K kit instead.
How long does one pod last?
~12,500 puffs / pod, ~30 days at moderate use. HD screen on the base shows pod e-liquid bar separately from battery.
Can I refill?
No — sealed at factory. Coil is bonded inside the pod. Snap on a new pod when empty.
Pod not registering?
Dry-wipe the contact pad on both pod and base, snap back on. Pocket lint is the #1 culprit. If a wipe doesn't fix it, contact service@raz-vape.com with order + photo.
