How the Detachable Battery System Works
Four steps from out-of-box to first puff. No buttons, no rotation. The magnet does the alignment work.
Step 1 — Charge the Base via USB-C
USB-C from any 5V / 1A source. Base ships at about 50% — top it off if you have time. Full from empty in ~60 minutes.
Step 2 — Pop the Pre-Filled Pod Cap
Pull the cap off the starter pod (or any replacement pod). The pod's underside is a magnetic contact pad — that's what locks to the base.
Step 3 — Magnetic Snap-On Pod Attachment
Align the pod, press straight down. The magnet catches and holds — no twist, no clip. The HD screen lights up and shows two bars: pod e-liquid + base battery.
Step 4 — Draw to Fire, Swap Pods Anytime
One-second MTL draw. When the pod e-liquid bar empties, dry-wipe the contact pad and snap on a new pod. The base stays.

Does the kit include a charger?
The kit includes the base, one pre-filled starter pod, and a USB-C charging cable (current shipment cycle). Any 5V / 1A USB-C wall brick works. The pod itself has no charge port — power flows through the magnetic base.
Can I buy the VUE base separately from pods?
The kit is sold as base + 1 starter pod. After that, only replacement pods — the base is reusable. There is no stand-alone base SKU because the base alone cannot vape; the kit pairing is the entry product.
Where do I see the base battery level?
The HD screen shows two independent bars — pod e-liquid and base battery. When the battery gets low, USB-C charge the base; when the pod gets low, swap the pod.
Can I take the VUE 50K on a plane?
US TSA rules require lithium-battery devices in carry-on, not checked baggage. The VUE base is lithium-ion, so it goes in the cabin. International rules vary by destination — check before flying.
What if the pod stops registering?
Pull the pod off, dry-wipe the magnetic contact pad on both the pod and the base, snap it back on. Pocket lint is the most common cause of intermittent pod contact. If the wipe doesn't fix it, contact service@raz-vape.com with your order number and a photo.
Is the auth code outside the box?
