Quick Start Guide — How to Turn on RAZ Vapes

Before the first puff, unbox your device properly and thoroughly. These 4 steps prevent most “device not hitting” issues:

Remove Sticker
Peel off the sticker on the airflow holes at the bottom.

Pull out the silicone stopper from the mouthpiece.

Wait 2 Minutes
Let the coil saturate fully to avoid a burnt first puff.

Inhale
All RAZ vapes are draw-activated. Just inhale to start.

For VUE 50K only: snap the pod onto the power bank first, then follow the same 4 steps.

RAZ Vape Screen Meaning

The HD screen shows real-time device status. Two main indicators appear on every model — DC25000, RX 50K, and TN9000 display them as percentage rings; RYL Classic 35K displays percentage arches.

  • Slide Closed — tighter draw, stronger flavor (MTL / Soft)

RYL 35K also uses bottom switch to toggle Soft / Boost mode.

LTX 25K / DC25000

Side Button

  • 1st click — wake screen, Normal Mode (25K puffs) + Light
  • 2nd click — Boost Mode (15K puffs)
  • Long press — toggle Dark Mode

Bottom Slider

  • Open = more air  |  Closed = tighter draw
RX 50K (Dew Edition)

Side Button

  • 1st click — wake screen, Normal (50K puffs) + Light
  • 2nd click — Boost Mode (25K puffs)
  • 3rd click — Super Mode (20K puffs)

How to Charge RAZ Vapes

Every RAZ device uses a USB Type-C port at the bottom. Plug in any Type-C cable (not included). Charge for 30-50 minutes depending on model. Unplug when screen shows full.

How long should I charge my RAZ Vape?

We recommend charging it for 30-45 minutes via USB-C. Don't leave it charging overnight. When the screen shows 100%, unplug it.

Why is the drop icon flashing red?

It means the e-liquid is empty. The device stops firing to prevent a burnt taste. It's time to grab a new one.

How do I turn it off?

RAZ vapes are automatic. They enter "sleep mode" instantly after you stop inhaling. No buttons needed.

How do I know when my RAZ vape needs to be replaced?

You’ll know it’s time to replace your RAZ vape when it produces little to no vapor, tastes burnt, or the e-liquid is gone (as indicated on the screen, if available). If the battery also dies and doesn’t recharge, it’s time for a new device.

Can I refill my RAZ vape?

No, RAZ vapes are designed as disposable, pre-filled devices and cannot be refilled. Once the e-liquid is finished, you’ll need to dispose of it responsibly.

How do I switch between Normal and Boost mode?

It depends on the model. For LTX 25K and RX 50K, press the side button to cycle through modes. For RYL Classic 35K, slide the switch at the bottom. The current mode is always displayed on the HD screen.

What does the VUE 50K detachable power bank do?

The VUE 50K uses a two-piece system — a 420mAh pod and a 900mAh reusable power bank (1,320mAh total). When the pod is empty, detach it and snap on a new replacement pod while keeping the same battery base.

Why does my new RAZ vape taste burnt on the first puff?

You skipped the saturation step. After unboxing, remove the sticker and mouthpiece plug, then wait 2 full minutes before inhaling. This lets the coil wick absorb e-liquid. If you already got a burnt taste, wait 5 minutes and try again with a gentle draw.
