Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers (UPS, USPS, DHL) may experience delays from weather, volume surges, or routing issues beyond our control. If you believe your shipment was lost or excessively delayed, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number or reach out to our support team.

PACT Act & Age Verification
The Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act requires all online vape retailers to verify buyer age and use carriers that comply with federal shipping rules for tobacco/nicotine products. Here is how we comply:

If your age verification does not pass automatically, our team will email you within 1 business day with instructions. Orders are held (not canceled) until verification is complete.
Order Tracking & Delivery Issues
- Tracking email — sent as soon as your package is handed to the carrier.
- First scan delay — tracking may show "label created" for up to 24 hours before the first movement scan appears. This is normal.
- No updates after 5 days? — contact the carrier with your tracking number, or reach out to our support team.
- Wrong address — double-check your shipping details before submitting. We cannot reship until the carrier returns the package to us, and reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Marked delivered but not received — check with neighbors and your local post office first. File a claim directly with the carrier.
- Damaged on arrival — photograph the damage, keep all packaging, and contact us within 48 hours.
Packaging & Authenticity
All orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging — no product names or logos visible on the shipping box. Inside, each RAZ device is factory-sealed with a scratch-off QR code on the packaging for authenticity verification. If the QR sticker is missing or pre-scratched, do not use the device — contact us immediately.
