Is this really 0% nicotine?
Yes — e-liquid reformulated to 0 mg/mL. Label discloses 0%. Auth code at /product-authentication/ returns the 0% formulation.
Why does 0% nic still have throat hit?
PG (propylene glycol) and flavoring give a mild irritation that feels like throat hit. It's not nicotine. The 60/40 VG/PG ratio is the same as the nicotine version.
Same flavors as the nic TN9000?
