Our Warranty Policy

Coverage
Covered Products
Authentic RAZ Vape purchased through officially authorized RAZ Vape retail channels. The device bodies including:
- Main unit
- Built-in battery
- Coil components
Exclusions
- Consumable accessories: pods, e-liquid, etc.
- Physical damage: malfunctions caused by drops, impacts, water exposure, extrusion, unauthorized modification (like refilling or taking apart), or improper operation
- Non-authorized products: items purchased outside RAZ Vape’s official authorized stores or online shops
- Force majeure: damage caused by natural disasters (fire, earthquake, lightning) or accidents
- Expired products: items beyond the warranty period
Warranty Period
- RAZ Vape main unit: 2 months from the date of purchase
- Built-in battery components: 1 month from the date of purchase (batteries are special consumables, separately specified)
Note: The warranty period is based on the date in your order confirmation email.
Warranty Requirements
- Provide a clear and valid order information (confirmation email/text).
- Product serial number is complete and legible, matching purchase records.
- No obvious signs of physical damage, disassembly, or modification.
- Malfunction is due to product quality issues, not improper use.

Warranty Process
- Submit Application: Complete the form in the following “Warranty Claim” section or contact our support team directly.
- Review & Confirmation: We’ll review your request within 2 business days and send notifiaction via email.
- Product Return/Inspection: Follow instructions to return the product for inspection after approval.
- Replacement: Replacement with the same model will be completed within 7 business days after confirming the issue.
- Return to Customer: The product will be shipped back or (RAZ Vape covers all replacement costs).
