These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of raz-vape.com ("the Store," "the Site") and the purchase of products from RAZ Vape. By accessing or placing an order on raz-vape.com, customers agree to be bound by these Terms. If any part of these Terms is not acceptable, the Site should not be used.

1. Age Requirement

Raz-vape.com sells nicotine-containing products and zero-nicotine vaping devices intended for adults only. By using the Site or placing an order, the customer confirms:

  • Being at least 21 years of age or the legal age to purchase vaping products in the customer's jurisdiction, whichever is higher
  • Agreeing to age verification at checkout. Orders that cannot be age-verified will be held or cancelled
  • Not purchasing products on behalf of anyone under the legal age

WARNING: Certain products sold on raz-vape.com contain nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Keep all vaping products away from children and pets.

2. Products & Availability

  • All products listed on raz-vape.com are subject to availability. RAZ Vape reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice
  • Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color may occur due to screen display differences
  • RAZ Vape reserves the right to limit quantities per order, per household, or per customer account
  • Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed

3. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order on raz-vape.com constitutes an offer to purchase. RAZ Vape reserves the right to accept or decline any order
  • Payment is collected at the time of checkout. Accepted methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal
  • All payment information is processed securely by third-party payment providers. RAZ Vape does not store full credit card numbers. See the Privacy Policy for details
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Orders with incorrect information may be delayed or cancelled
  • RAZ Vape may cancel orders suspected of fraud, resale activity, or violation of these Terms

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship from the Pomona, CA warehouse. Processing and delivery details are covered in the Shipping Policy. Key points:

  • Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days
  • Raz-vape.com ships within the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. RAZ Vape is not liable for carrier delays caused by weather, high volume, or other circumstances beyond its control
  • Risk of loss and title for products transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier

5. Cancellations, Quality Claims & Refunds

RAZ Vape offers a quality assurance process for defective devices within 14 days of delivery. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before a tracking number is generated. Once a package has been dispatched to the carrier, cancellation is no longer available. Full details, eligibility conditions, and the claims process are outlined in the Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Account Responsibility

  • Customers who create an account on raz-vape.com are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
  • All activities under an account are the responsibility of the account holder
  • RAZ Vape should be notified immediately at service@raz-vape.com if unauthorized access is suspected
  • RAZ Vape reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity

7. Intellectual Property

All content on raz-vape.com — including text, images, graphics, logos, product photography, page layouts, and code — is the property of RAZ Vape or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright and trademark laws.

  • No content from raz-vape.com may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission
  • "RAZ," "RAZ Vape," "TN9000," "LTX 25K," "DC25000," "RYL Classic," "RX 50K," and "VUE 50K" are trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited
  • Product reviews and user-submitted photos remain the property of their authors, but by submitting content to raz-vape.com, customers grant RAZ Vape a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Site and in marketing materials

8. User Conduct

When using raz-vape.com, customers agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, or federal law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or connected systems
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the Site without permission
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including during checkout or account registration)
  • Post reviews or comments that are defamatory, threatening, obscene, or infringe on the rights of others

RAZ Vape reserves the right to terminate access and cancel orders for any customer who violates these terms.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

Raz-vape.com may contain links to third-party websites and services (including payment processors, shipping carriers, and social media platforms). RAZ Vape does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Customers access third-party sites at their own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Raz-vape.com and its products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RAZ Vape disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of content on the Site

RAZ Vape does not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site are free from typographical errors. If an error is discovered, RAZ Vape reserves the right to correct it and, if necessary, cancel affected orders with a full refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAZ Vape, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use raz-vape.com
  • Any products purchased through the Site
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of personal data
  • Shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier errors

In no event shall RAZ Vape's total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages — in such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

By using raz-vape.com, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAZ Vape, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of raz-vape.com shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

RAZ Vape reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of raz-vape.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
